It was user friendly and easy to understand The actual information provided in the training was presented in a fun way to learn, but at the same time, it gave a very good understanding of all the relevant aspects of gluten-free issues within the hospitality industry. Just like 'Food Safety Training' and 'Responsible Serving of Alcohol', I do believe that this gluten-free online training should be a mandatory requirement for all hospitality workers.
Didasko is an excellent teaching resource, especially for our students who either have reading or language problems as it offers visual, verbal and aural cues for the students to go over as many times as they need to understand the unit.
