The training program was excellent. It was user friendly and easy to understand The actual information provided in the training was presented in a fun way to learn, but at the same time, it gave a very good understanding of all the relevant aspects of gluten-free issues within the hospitality industry. Just like 'Food Safety Training' and 'Responsible Serving of Alcohol', I do believe that this gluten-free online training should be a mandatory requirement for all hospitality workers.
Didasko is an excellent teaching resource, especially for our students who either have reading or language problems as it offers visual, verbal and aural cues for the students to go over as many times as they need to understand the unit.

Industry demand for more flexibility of training options, and increased pressure to deliver commercially viable training that can compete with the private sector has driven GCIT to look at a range of options. The flexibility that Didasko offers in terms of being able to offer a more blended approach to cookery and hospitality training is a great advantage. Historically, our ability to manage off-shore projects was limited.
