The resources division has specialised for over 13 years in the development of innovative learning tools.

Our learning content covers all the foundation learning requirements for entire vocational (further education) certificate programs in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery and Food and Beverage streams) and Retail Services.

Our content currently reflects the Australian national vocational and universal industry competencies.

Global Demand

There is a global skills shortage for service staff across the hospitality and retail sectors. One of the key challenges is the ability to meet the increasing demand for suitably trained front and back-of-house staff.

To address this issue, supportive and flexible learning tools are required to increase skills and knowledge in these industries.
